WINMAR Construction has completed multiple Shake Shack projects within the Washington, DC region within the last two years. We coordinated our subcontractors with the client’s vendors to ensure Shake Shack standards were smoothly implemented in the construction process. We were the first restaurant to open on time at The Wharf development in Washington, DC. Due to multiple ongoing new development projects being built simultaneously, we face extremely difficult construction traffic coordination challenges, but still delivered the project on time and on budget.
