WINMAR construction completed this 8,380 SF project on time and on budget. The scope includes relocating the tenant to their new space in a recently repositioned building.

The construction process includes the installation of glass for their perimeter offices, teaming rooms and conference rooms. We also constructed an open pantry and reception area that has a feature wall when first entering the space. The project also features multiple telephone rooms for private calls and private executive offices.
