Interior renovation in place for Live Theater in historic Penn Quarter. The scope of construction services included renovations to the public spaces, improvements to the front entrance to allow better connections to the city to improve daytime visibility and street presense, upper lobby redesign to include food and beverage service, reconfiguring the box office to allow for installation of a bar, seating options, rehearsal room and catwalk renovations and lower lobby improvements. We completed this project on time and on budget.
