Edwin Villegas

With over 21 years of construction experience, Edwin’s national and international field experience are extensive. He possesses the ability and knowledge to perform the duties of both on-site Project Manager and Superintendent, while responsible for quality control and safety enforcement, submittal review/processing, and overall project administration.

Edwin is responsible for the leadership, growth, professional direction, and reputation of Winmar a full-service Commercial General Contractor specializing in interior and new construction for residential, retail, institutional, and office tenant build-outs. In 2013 Edwin was recognized as a Minority Business Leader by the Washington Business Journal, and he currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the DC Preservation League.
